The entire interior has been renovated recently, the renovation started from 2018, ended in early 2021, high quality teak flooring and customized furniture, details throughout. There are 4 major sitting areas for guests to enjoy while cruise over the water ****************************** The bar and dinning area Saloon with full sized sofa, TV and fireplace Pilot house sitting area Fly bridge ****************************** Key features include multi zone speakers system with individual control, speakers throughout, spacious anywhere from fly bridge to forward deck. Separated crew and master rest zone, access through different stairs to maximize privacy. Yacht Rules: Security deposit $500, to be paid to Captain by cash or venmo/cash app/zelle etc, no credit card accepted at the yacht, will be returned upon ending of the charter. The deposit is not refundable while one of more following damage applies: 1, Toilet clogged due to exceeded amount of toilet paper 2, Permanent damage to flooring or carpet 3, Smoke burns 4, Liquor or beverages stains on carpet which is not instantly removable 5, Damage to appliance such as speakers or TV etc 6, Use sleeping quarters without permission. Stay quiet, no smoking inside marina, music only can be played while sail out from marina All sleeping quarters are not accessible during day charters. Selected 3 sleeping quarters are only accessible during Catalina over night charter Smoking is only allowed at designated area, according to instruction of captain and crews No pets No wheel chairs BYOB is ok with limited quantity, max 3 bottles of hard liquors per event. ********************************************************************************************************** Base price including 4 hours private yacht charters, captain and crew service, fuel up to 30 miles,tax and commercial dock fee. Catalina day charter departs at 9:00 am, come back to dock at 7:00 pm, all inclusive price is $4,000, choose catalina option if you want a day trip to Catalina Island. $6,000 for 24 hours over night catalina trip, sleeping accommodation is for 6 guests.$10,000 for 48 hours over night Catalina trip.
